Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way please contact us immediately at shop@fablesandtalesco.com and we will be happy to help.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at shop@fablesandtalesco.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When contacting us about defective, damaged, or incorrect orders please provide your order number, a photo of the item/s, and a description of the issue.
