I’m not sure what size to order!

Every product has a size guide in the product photos. Scroll through the colors until you reach the size guide. Sizes will vary between products so be sure to check each size guide before ordering. We recommend you measure your favorite shirt, laid flat, at the bust/chest for width and the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem for length.

Unisex shirts run slightly larger than typical women’s shirts and slightly smaller than typical men’s shirts. We recommend sizing up if you want a looser fit.

 

 

Are your shirts screen printed?

Our designs are all printed directly onto the shirts in a process called DTG (direct-to-garment). 

 

 

What are your recommended care instructions?

Our printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and wash with like colors. We don’t recommend using any fabric softener or dry-cleaning the items.

Hanging the clothes to dry is the best option to avoid any fading and cracking of the print. Tumble-dry on low is the second best option. Drying on a high setting may damage the print and/or cause shrinking.

 

 

Why does my new shirt smell like vinegar?

The smell is due to the solution that is used during the printing process and it is not permanent. It is caused by the fixation agent (or the pretreatment) that is applied and used in all DTG prints. It is used to help the ink bond with the fabric and to help avoid cracking of the print.

Easy fix: Wash your shirt!! The smell should go away after the first wash.

 

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if you are unhappy with your order in any way please contact us immediately at shop@fablesandtalesco.com and we will be happy to help.

 

 

What if there is an issue with the item I received?

If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When contacting us about defective, damaged, or incorrect orders please provide your order number, a photo of the item/s, and a description of the issue.

 

 

When will my order arrive?

It takes 2-7 business days to create our products from the time your order is received. Once it is created, it can take between 7 and 10 days to ship. You should receive your order 10-14 days from the time you order.

 

 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is included in the price of all our products excluding stickers. Shipping for stickers is $3.99. There are no additional or hidden shipping costs!

 

 

Can I change my order after I placed it?

If you contact us immediately, we will try our best to change your order or cancel it. However, once the product begins printing we can no longer change or cancel it. Please double check your order before placing it.

 

 

I forgot to add a discount code to my purchase! Can I still add it?

We are not able to do price adjustments once your order is submitted. All discounts must be applied at the time of checkout. 

  

Returns/Exchanges

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns at this time. For more information regarding exchanges and order issues please read our Refund Policy.
