Pre-order Pick-Up Information:

WHERE: You will pick up your pre-order from Fables & Tales Co Booth # 1232 at BookCon.


WHEN: Pre-order pickup is available on Saturday, April 18th, from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M., and Sunday, April 19th, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Any orders not picked up by 4 P.M. on Sunday, April 19th, will be canceled, refunded, and the inventory will be put on sale for BookCon attendees. 


HOW: Please have your order confirmation email ready to share with our team when picking up your order. If you are providing a screenshot of the confirmation email, please ensure your order number is shown in the screenshot. If you do not have your order confirmation email, you must have the order number and a photo ID that matches the name on the order.

Shipping & Fulfillment

It typically takes 2-7 business days to create our products from the time your order is received. All of our orders ship free (3 or more stickers ship free). On average shipping takes between 7-14 business days. Currently we are only shipping to the domestic U.S.

Returns/Exchanges

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns at this time. For more information regarding exchanges and order issues read our Refund Policy.
Care Instructions

Our printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and wash with like colors. We don’t recommend using any fabric softener or dry-cleaning the items.

Hanging the clothes to dry is the best option to avoid any fading and cracking of the print. Tumble-dry on low is the second best option. Drying on a high setting may damage the print and/or cause shrinking.
